Your New Role
They are seeking a talented and motivated RIAI Part II and Part III Architect to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, excellent technical skills, and a passion for creating exceptional architecture.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop creative design solutions.
* Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
* Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
* Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
What You Need To Succeed:
* RIAI Part II or Part III qualification.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of Irish building regulations and standards.
