Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Counter Salesperson to join our team at the Navan branch. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and supporting stock management efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting customers with their purchases at the counter.
* Process sales transactions quickly and accurately.
* Keep the counter area neat, organized, and welcoming for customers.
* Assist with inventory control and stock management to ensure product availability.
* Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
* Adept a friendly, solution-oriented approach to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in counter sales, preferably within the plumbing or hardware sector.
* Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
* Ability to work well as part of a team and contribute to team success.
* Flexibility to work full-time, including rotating weekends.
* A valid driving license and forklift license are desirable, but not essential.
