Job Description:
We are partnering with the Construction Industry Federation to source skilled professionals for various roles in the construction sector.
This opportunity focuses on a Construction Project Manager position, overseeing projects valued between €5-15 million.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sub-contractor packages within the project team, covering aspects like fit-out, structural steelwork, formwork, block work, roofing, and glazing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Organize regular site progress meetings with subcontractors and design teams to track progress and update detailed reports.
* Oversee site managers, driving onsite delivery while maintaining a strong focus on Health & Safety.
* Manage daily project operations from start to handover.
* Assist in procuring and managing project supply chain members.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in residential, commercial, or mixed development projects.
* Proficiency in computer applications such as Windows, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
* Excellent communication skills and in-depth knowledge of construction practices, trades, and techniques.
* A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
