Administrative Co-Ordinator (Part-time)
On behalf of our Client, Kenny-Whelan is hiring an Administrative Co-Ordinator for the Quality Department (Part-time) to join a Global Life Sciences Company in Cork.

Main duties and responsibilities:
1. Set up the QA Management side of the Induction Process.
2. Formalise the roles and responsibilities and local processes within QA and at handoffs to Area Managers of new hires.
3. Book Meeting Rooms.
4. Ensure Facilitators/Trainers are available at the time and room booked.
5. Liaise with HR and IT Departments.
Education:
1. Relevant Diploma/Degree / Secretarial.
2. Quality qualification desirable.
3. Ms Office Suite: Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Skills & Experience:
1. An effective team player with energy and enthusiasm, with the flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of a new process.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation regarding sensitive and confidential information.
3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
4. Attention to detail.
