Job Description
As a Senior Cost Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our major construction project in South Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
* Actively participate in the Cost Management process from initial tender/bid documentation through analysis and reporting.
* Review payment applications to ensure spend is appropriate to the works completed.
* Assist in the preparation and agreement of final accounts, including the handling of any claims to ensure we get best value from works undertaken.
* Create estimates, options analysis, and cashflow forecasts.
* Oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports, and clearly communicate variations and expected final costs.
* Support nimble decisions through constantly engaging the designers on the best options for the company.
* Support the settlement of any disputes with transparency.
Requirements:
* Have experience as a Senior Cost manager, ideally from a contractor or developer background.
* Have experience in pre-contract and post-contract cost management.
