We are currently recruiting an experienced receptionist to join our busy team.
Duties:
1. Answering telephone calls, directing calls.
2. Scanning and attaching documents to our practice management system.
3. Filing.
4. Greeting clients.
5. Collect and record client information accurately and confidentially.
Requirements:
1. 2 + years’ experience in a similar role.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.
3. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
5. Strong organisational skills.
