You will be operating from its Limerick based entity as an Administrator. Your new role
As an Administrator/Receptionist within this fast-paced organisation you will report to the Office Manager, responsibilities include greeting clients and customers as first point of contact, answering phone or email related queries along with day-to-day Administration duties, Issue list of outstanding calls from the previous day to all the team to ensure all calls are returned, uploading properties onto property websites, and dealing with third part suppliers. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to advance their career development and knowledge.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have strong MS Office experience, excellent interpersonal and administrative skills, the ability to work within a team environment and to meet deadlines. Communication skills and the ability to multitask with excellent phone manner.
