We are Hiring an experienced Accounts/ Purchasing Assistant
Due to the volume of projects locked in for 2025 we are currently recruiting an experienced Accounts/ Purchasing Assistant to support our Financial Controller & Purchasing Manager.

THE PERSON:
* At least 5 years' experience in an accounts or procurement role within the construction or manufacturing environment.
* Strong business acumen, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
* Highly organised with multitasking abilities.
* Attention to detail and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-moving team environment.
* Understanding of supply chain systems and processes.
* Strong IT, numerical and data analysis skills with a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a working knowledge of an inventory management system.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Responsible for creditors ledger, inputting invoices, matching POs, and allocating costs to jobs.
* Admin support for the Purchasing Manager.
* Follow the purchasing and procurement process in the business.
* Responsible for reporting for the purchasing and procurement function.
* Accounts admin & support for the Financial Controller, updating & maintaining records, monthly reporting & stocktaking.
