The opportunity

By joining the Technology Consulting team, you will work in high-performing teams that deliver exceptional client service, enabling organizations to grow, innovate, protect, and optimize their business performance – playing your part in building a better working world.
Your key responsibilities:
* Work with FS clients to develop and prioritize change requirements (epics and user stories) and document them.
* Develop supporting design documentation process maps, decision papers, customer journey artifacts, and business cases.
* Align project outcomes with technology/business strategy by acting as an intermediary between business and technology stakeholders.
* Identify problems, opportunities, and ideate methods for improving existing business processes and workflows.
* Drive requirements (user stories) through the full delivery lifecycle (design, build, test, and deploy).
* Prepare, review, and analyze testing/test phase outputs, test scenarios, defect triage, etc.
* Resolve moderate to high complexity issues during the functional and/or technical design process.
* Manage and develop relationships with key stakeholders across business, technology, and other areas.
* Become a subject matter resource in the technology and domain (Lending) you work in/on.
* Support other project deliverables such as training, non-functional testing, and data mapping.
* Stay abreast of the latest banking/credit industry trends to drive innovation in the company.
* Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
* Knowledge and working experience in one or more of the following financial domain areas and products.
* Strong experience within the Banking and Lending Industry.

* Cards
Products:
* nCino
Have working experience in one or more of the following tools:
* Jira, Confluence
* MS Office, Visio
* SQL, XML
* MS Visual Studio
Key Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience within a blue-chip consulting firm, industry, or government organization.
* Strong track record in consulting or Business Analysis with Banking Platform implementation experience.
* Experience conducting analysis, requirements, and design workshops.
* Experience operating in a fast-paced, multi-vendor environment.
* Strong stakeholder management experience, working collaboratively with Development and Testing teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client and user business needs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in Agile methodologies, including the creation of User Stories and working closely with a Product Owner.
* Able to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty.
* Experience with functional and technical design.
* A strong academic record including a third-level degree, preferably in an IT-related area.
* Agile certification (CSPO) and/or BA certifications (IIBA).
Ideally, you’ll also have experience in one or more of the following:
* Completing Technology/Business Architecture documentation.
* Able to build and manage relationships across business and technology stakeholders.
