This role oversees the reception team and daily operations of a busy hotel reception and reservations department, ensuring a seamless guest experience. Responsibilities include managing staff, handling everyday duties, updating social media, and showcasing the property online.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a team of reception staff in a 4* / 5* hotel environment
* Ensure exceptional customer service upon check-in, during stay, and at departure
* Update social media posts, images, and showcase the property online
* Maintain attention to detail and commercially focused approach
* Develop and implement efficient operational processes
* Collaborate with the management team to achieve departmental goals
Requirements
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Front Office Manager
* Proven track record of managing a team in a similar environment
* Exceptional communication, organisation, and time management skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in Office Suite, Hotel booking systems, CRMS, and Social Media platforms
