Job Title: Payroll Specialist
Responsibilities:
* Manage high-volume monthly payroll processing across multiple EMEA locations.
* Ensure all payroll inputs are accurate and completed on time.
* Monitor and investigate discrepancies in payroll alerts promptly.
* Reconcile payments to third parties.
* Address internal and external stakeholder queries efficiently.
* Provide information and answer employee questions about payroll matters.
* Prepare and issue earnings statements.
* Coordinate with the HR department to ensure accurate employee data.
* Provide administrative assistance to the accounting department.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience in a client-facing, fast-paced environment dealing with stakeholders, business partners, and employees.
* Irish and UK payroll experience required.
* IPASS/Accounts Technician Qualification required.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
