* Performance Tracking and Analysis: Track and analyze performance data, maintaining accurate reports and processes to inform future decisions.
* Upsell Opportunities and Solutions: Identify upsell opportunities, pitch solutions, and track results to drive revenue growth.
* Leadership and Collaboration: Lead client and internal meetings, offering optimization recommendations and collaborating with global teams across multiple time zones.
* Process Improvement: Drive process improvements for efficiency and performance enhancement, aligning strategies with business objectives while managing tasks proactively.
* Troubleshooting and Integration: Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth integrations between systems and teams.
Requirements:
* Linguistic Proficiency: Native or fluent Mandarin (C1) and English (B2) proficiency.
* Experience: 3+ years of experience in advertising, digital marketing, or campaign management, with at least 1 year of experience managing mid-market or performance accounts.
* Digital Partnerships and Campaign Execution: Proven expertise in digital partnerships, campaign execution, and optimization.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong technical proficiency, particularly in troubleshooting and campaign management.
* Advertising Platforms and Marketing Automation: Deep understanding of advertising platforms, mobile measurement platforms (MMP), and marketing automation initiatives (MAI).
* Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with self-motivated and proactive individuals who can lead projects independently.
