We are looking for a skilled Parts Inventory Coordinator to join our team in Offaly.
Responsibilities:
Monitor, organize, and maintain an accurate parts inventory, ensuring all items are clearly labeled, stored properly, and easy to locate.
Handle the complete process of parts orders, from sourcing and receiving to coordinating delivery, to ensure parts are available when needed.
Conduct regular stock checks, update stock levels, and communicate with suppliers to ensure inventory is well-managed and up-to-date.
Work closely with workshop mechanics to understand and fulfill parts requirements for maintenance and repair tasks.
Maintain accurate records of parts, purchase orders, delivery receipts, and other necessary documentation.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure quality parts at competitive prices.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in the Light & Heavy Commercial vehicle parts sector.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in computer systems for inventory and record-keeping.
Minimum of 1 year’s experience in parts sales or a related role.

Pay: €27,728.64-€48,820.26 per year
