Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a leading healthcare organisation in Waterford City. The successful candidate will support and drive strategic HR initiatives, working closely with senior management to align HR practices with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leaders and managers
* Lead employee relations, performance management, and talent development initiatives
* Drive recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement strategies
* Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
* Support organisational change and HR projects
Requirements:
* 3-5 years' experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner
* Relevant HR qualification and/or CIPD certification
* Strong experience in employee relations and performance management
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
