You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Bar & Restaurant and all other food services throughout the clubhouse.

* Address comments, complaints, and queries from guests and members, ensuring satisfactory outcomes.
* Communicate effectively with guests and members to enhance satisfaction and actively sell resort services and facilities.
* Control and manage departmental costs, ensuring alignment with budgets (food, beverage, payroll, etc.).
* Inspire staff and guests with the spirited Bar & Restaurant brand values.
* Manage billing and ensure accurate processing through our systems.
* Collaborate with the Clubhouse's Food & Beverage Manager to lead and develop the team.
* Monitor and maintain standards of service, uniforms, and staff welfare.
* Communicate effectively with senior management and other teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Report maintenance challenges and assist with recipe costings.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar hospitality role.
* A standards-driven, creative manager with excellent attention to detail.
