Warehouse Administrator Job Description
We are seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Fulfilling and dispatching orders in a timely and efficient manner.
* Dispatch orders with appropriate paperwork and packaging labeling.
* Adjusting stock inventory where necessary to complete orders for fulfillment.
* Ensuring order processing is done in line with company guidelines.
* Raising returns authorizations where necessary and arranging uplifts and credits / refunds.
* Processing goods in and dealing with any queries regarding shortages or discrepancies.
* Arranging shipping goods in and making supply decisions based upon quality and cost factors.
* Negotiating freight rates.
* Freight invoices should be signed off on prior to passing to accounts department for payment.
* Ensuring warehouse has correct paperwork and labeling for dispatch of orders.
* Keeping desk area, paperwork and files organised - filing should be completed daily.

* Experience in an administrative role.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Process driven.
About the Role
The aim of this role is organising and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organisational effectiveness and efficiency.
This role is ideal for an energetic and process driven candidate with a strong work ethic.
You will be responsible for general office duties including answering telephone calls, typing correspondence, attending to incoming / outgoing faxes and ensuring efficient communication at all times with customers and suppliers.
To adhere to all company and legislative health, safety and environmental requirements.
Maintain client, supplier and other third party documentation and records, ensuring correct record retention.
