As a Key Account Manager within our our clients Customer Solutions Business Unit, you'll have the opportunity to negotiate supply contracts with existing and new commercial customers. Collaborating closely with various stakeholders including Sales Support, Product Services, Marketing, and Pricing teams, you'll deliver a best-in-class service to our commercial clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
* Negotiate utility supply contracts with existing and new commercial customers.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
* Maintain effective customer account management to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
* Drive towards and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in commercial sales within the utility industry.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
* Experience in customer service within a sales-related industry.
* Goal-oriented with flexibility, agility, and resilience.
* Possession of a full, clean driving license.
