Account Manager
About the Position:
The Account Manager is the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of hotel clients. Reporting to the Regional Team Leader, your mission will be to guarantee a best-in-class relationship between our department and our clients.
Responsibilities:
* Manage, retain, and develop a portfolio of national and international accounts.
* Ensure customers take full advantage of D-EDGE products and implement effective KPIs to achieve growth in their own portfolio.
* Proactively manage and grow customer portfolios while exceeding semi-annual and annual revenue goals.
* Build a solid strategy for your region to meet upsell targets.
* Maintain accurate records in the chosen CRM tool.
* Prepare regular reports on account portfolios.
Client Relationships:
* Deliver impactful presentations to clients.
* Effectively communicate with clients, manage complaints, and set clear expectations.
* Nurture key client relationships with superior customer service.
* Identify proactive solutions beneficial to both clients and company.
Requirements:
* Native or 100% fluent in English; ideally speak French.
* At least 5 years' experience in revenue management, hotel e-commerce, marketing/sales, or providing services to hotels.
* Deep understanding of hotels distribution, commercial systems, hospitality industry, and market trends in assigned regions.
* Efficient in Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Salesforce CRM.
* Able to understand, interpret customer needs, and proactively communicate.
* Provide clarity and responsiveness to customers and understand their underlying needs and problems.
* Create solid relationships in a friendly and professional manner.
* Demonstrate sense of responsibility and accuracy.
* Make clear and timely decisions and provide explicit guidance to teams and customers.
