Business Development Executive - Transport / Road Freight Location: Dublin Salary: €60k+ Company Car Role Requirements: Source, secure and develop new business while retaining and growing assigned existing customers Achieving sales and revenue targets Maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers Identify new potential clients and work with other areas of the business to submit competitive tailored proposals Work closely with Senior Management teams and other business areas to deliver feedback, updates, and developments On board new customers and ensure all new customers are provided with tariffs/rates Updating CRM with all new opportunities to review Additional ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager Candidate requirements: Minimum of 5 years proven sales track record of gaining new business and successfully working to and exceeding Sales Targets Excellent relationship building and networking skills Ability to prioritize, organize and manage time efficiently is essential Able to negotiate at a senior level Excellent commercial awareness skills Good communication, presentation and administration skills The above list of job duties is not exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope and grading of the post.
