We currently have an exciting vacancy for a Regional Nurse Manager in and around the CHO3 area, which will require travelling to a number of different clients and locations. The successful candidate will be a Registered General / Intellectual Disability Nurse, with strong clinical skills.
Position Overview: As a Regional Nurse Manager, you will deliver clinical services to clients in a compassionate and efficient manner, ensuring a high standard that aligns with best practices. This nursing service enables clients to be discharged from the hospital and continue certain treatments in the comfort of their own homes or Residential Services. Working with clients in the community can be challenging yet rewarding experience and we are looking for applicants that are dedicated, compassionate and constantly striving to improve their own standards of care. This is an exciting opportunity for a general nurse to join an established agency that focuses on delivering excellent care for the client and their family by developing professional working relationships and providing stability to their ongoing care.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Provision of care for client with complex physically / Intellectual disability
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
* Monitor clients progress and report any changes to medical staff.
* Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures.
* Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and medical staff.
* Providing emotional support to clients and their families.
* Working as part of a team providing care in the clients home
* Clinical resource for non-clinical staff providing care to the clients
* Assist with staff training relating to clinical aspects of the clients care
Role requirements:
* Current NMBI registration
* Clinical nursing experience post registration is required
* Garda Clearance
* CPR (can be provided)
* Fire Safety Training (can be provided)
* Patient Moving and Handling (can be provided)
* Two written references
* Ability to drive is essential. Full clean Driving licence
