This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Professional looking to take a step up in their HR career in gaining HR Generalist exposure within a fast-paced manufacturing organisation.
What will you do?
As the HR Officer, you will work alongside a team of highly-experienced HR professionals to become the HR point in providing specialist HR support to the company's employees.
Duties include: Assist with employee relations issues ie.
conduct note-taking in attendance, disciplinary and grievance investigations.
Utilise the company's internal HRIS System to update employee records, process invoices and other HR related requests.
Facilitate the organisation of occupational health appointments, lead on performance management and absence reviews.
Complete recruitment administration tasks including issuing invite to interviews and interview feedback Create, deliver and process employee on-boarding documents Participate in company projects and advise employees on HR policies and procedures What will you receive?
