Learning & Development Manager
A dynamic and innovative Learning & Development Manager is required to join our team at {company}. This is a 12-month contract opportunity that can be performed onsite in County Mayo or remotely in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the HR Manager to design and implement a comprehensive Learning and Development (L&D) plan that aligns with the organization's strategic goals.
* Communicate the L&D Strategy and Policy to stakeholders, ensuring seamless implementation.
* Monitor and report on L&D performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
* Update and manage training tools, optimizing their effectiveness.
* Develop customized training plans for each job role and new hire inductions, catering to diverse learning needs.
* Design and deliver engaging training sessions, creating a positive impact on employee development.
* Manage the L&D budget and contracts, ensuring responsible allocation of resources.
* Enhance the utilization of online learning tools, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Requirements:
* Hold a minimum Level 8 qualification in Human Resources (HR) or Learning and Development (L&D).
* Possess at least 2 years of experience in L&D coordination and administration, preferably within national organizations.
* Demonstrate expertise in working with national organizations in L&D, showcasing a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
