Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Counter Sales Manager/Store Manager to join their dynamic team at their busy Navan Branch.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the counter sales and store activities.
Lead, motivate, and support the team to maintain high standards of customer service.
Manage stock control, place orders, and ensure that shelves are consistently stocked.
Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers.
Handle cash transactions, sales inquiries, and customer concerns efficiently.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Drive sales performance and work towards achieving store targets.
Requirements: Proven experience in retail or sales management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of plumbing supplies or the trade industry is an advantage.
Ability to manage stock levels and perform administrative tasks.
Positive, hands-on approach and a strong work ethic.
