This Depositary Operations Consultant will work as part of the Real Estate & Property team, overseeing depositary duties in line with regulations and fund documentation.
Responsibilities include client management, reviewing property transactions, maintaining compliance, regulatory engagement, reporting, and supporting business initiatives.
It is a full-time role, 12-month contract.
They offer hybrid working: 3 days on site in Dublin City Centre, 2 days from home
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main contact for assigned property clients, handling queries and onboarding new funds.
Review fund documentation, investment restrictions, and compliance monitoring.
Prepare and submit regulatory reports, oversee risk assessments, and manage regulatory breach records.
Attend client meetings, board meetings, and due diligence visits.
Support process improvements, regulatory updates, and department projects.
Skills & Experience:
5–7 years of relevant experience in funds, depositary, compliance, or relationship management.
Strong knowledge of depositary/trustee regulations, particularly for Irish funds.
Experience with complex asset and fund structures.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
