Job Purpose
The Team Leader will assist the Community Services Manager in delivering a quality client-focused service and supporting a person-centred planning process.
Responsibilities
1. To provide leadership to staff on a daily basis, facilitating and implementing a Person-Centered service that meets the needs, wishes, and requirements of clients.
2. To ensure the delivery of a quality service by designing, implementing, and reviewing quality monitoring systems that meet legislative and standard requirements.
3. To ensure adequate staff cover and participate in the roster where applicable.
4. To provide appropriate support and assistance in all aspects of independent living, in accordance with individual support plans.
