Accounts Assistant
TRANSLIT is delighted to be recruiting this role for our rapidly expanding operation in Limerick City Centre.
TRANSLIT is looking for a self-motivated and organised Accounts Assistant to join their team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, interested in starting or continuing their journey in an accounts/finance role and looking to work with a fast-growing Limerick-based business. Full training will be provided to the successful candidate. Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Data inputting & processing timesheets using the company’s in-house system.
* Processing client invoices on a monthly and ad-hoc basis.
* Investigating and resolving internal and external queries in a professional manner.
* Effective communication with internally and externally.
* Complete profit analysis on individual bookings and present back to the Finance Manager.
* General administration support to support the day-to-day activities of the Finance Department.
* Answering external and internal calls.
About You
* Good computer skills with a knowledge of common bookkeeping and spreadsheet programs would be an advantage. Full training will be given to the successful candidate.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating effective time management, attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
* An interest in gaining or supplementing experience in a busy Finance Department would be a distinct advantage.
* Strong problem-solving skills and resilience in challenging situations.
* Ability to take instruction and carry out tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
