Financial Accountant

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Maintain the general ledger and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
* Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
* Liaise with external auditors and ensure accurate completion of audits.
* Manage tax filings and compliance with local and international regulations.
* Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
* Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in financial operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational environment.
* Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
* Strong knowledge of Irish GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations.
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
