Logistics and Planning Administrator
The role involves administration and coordination of all sales order activity from receipt to delivery.
* Inputting and processing orders onto the system for accurate pricing and credit control procedures.
* Verifying and validating customer addresses for timely deliveries.
* Maintaining a database of accurate delivery locations.
* Resolving customer queries and complaints related to delivery and routing.
* Processing PODs and setting automated reorder points.
Key Competencies:
* At least 3 years experience in a similar role.
* Knowledge of transportation regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
* Experience using route planning software, telemetric systems, GPS tracking, and other logistics-related technologies.
* Strong organisational skills, structured approach, effective communication, and ability to work under time pressure.
