Job Title: Payroll Professional
Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for a high volume of employees, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
* Support with monthly payroll when and where required.
* Respond to ad hoc payroll queries from contractors and internal stakeholders.
* Liaise with external payroll providers and other members of the Finance team as required.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all payroll transactions.
* Manage the Payroll inbox efficiently.
About You:
* 3-5 years of experience working with ROI & UK payroll.
* Proven experience processing high-volume weekly payroll.
* IPASS qualification is desirable but not essential.
* Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace.
* Excellent systems knowledge and the ability to adapt to new software.
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
* Highly organised and process-driven with strong attention to detail.
* Excellent administration and communication skills.
* A strong team player with the ability to work independently.

This role requires a motivated individual who can work accurately under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and time management skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
Contract Details:
12-month fixed-term contract.
