Job Title: Proactive IT Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
* Proactively support existing business processes and IT systems.
* Interact with users and stakeholders across all internal departments and sister companies.
* Provide level 1 help desk support for hardware, software, phones, printers, and other setups and configurations.
* Coordinate help desk activities and work with IT analysts to provide services support.
* Manage user accounts, application authorization profiles, and computer accounts.
* Participate in regular reviews to ensure complete capture of user, device, and authorization data.
Key Requirements:
* Proven helpdesk or application support experience.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to find improvements and refine processes.
* Strong communication and relationship building skills.
* A related 3rd level qualification and one year's experience in a similar role.
* Experience with production machines and/or MES applications is advantageous.
