Our Client, an International Law Firm, with a well-established and expanding office in Dublin currently has a vacancy for an Employment Law Solicitor. If you are looking for an environment in which you can deliver high calibre advice as well as build client relationships and develop the business then this is the role for you. In this position, you will be advising clients on a wide variety of both daily operational employment law issues and strategic and contentious issues. This will include such areas as disciplinary and grievance processes, contracts and policies, management issues, collective issues, reorganisations and transfers of employment.

4. Contribute to and lead on certain business development activities

6. Support the effective running of the employment practice
7. Provide support for colleagues
8. Work to the firm’s high standards and its protocols on financial management
