Cpl are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our client in their Technical Operations department as a Business Process Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for streamlining and optimising business processes with a primary focus on effective onboarding, personnel development, and communication strategies.
This is a fully onsite contract role based on the client site in Limerick.

Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Management, or a related field.
* Proven experience in business process improvement, project management, or organisational development.
* Strong analytical skills. Ability to identify problems, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact with individuals across all levels of the organisation.
* High level of proficiency in SharePoint architecture, MS Office Suite & Power Apps.
* Skilled in process mapping, workflow analysis, and project management tools.
* Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
