Effectively oversee the accounting functions of our Donegal-Flex site. Reasonable accommodation may be made, upon request, to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Preparation of monthly management accounts to tight corporate deadlinesPreparation of budgets and forecasts, analysis of actual versus budget and forecastDevelopment of KPI’s and reporting of sameManage finance team and work closely with senior management to develop the businessMaintenance and reconciliation of ledgersResponsible for year-end auditEnsure accuracy of inventory, assess for potential obsolescence and excess stockCreate ad-hoc reports for various business needs – including financial performance and annual budgetsReconciliation of intercompany accountsCash flow managementImprovement of reports from ERP systemStatutory returnsManage the preparation of statutory financial accounts and auditOther ad hoc tasksQualifications, Education and ExperienceProfessional Accounting QualificationProven work experience as a Controller, in a manufacturing companyHigh level of proficiency in PC spreadsheetsExperience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Teams and Outlook.Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.Exceptional time management and organization skills.
