Key Responsibilities:
Engage with High-
Ranking Officials:
Foster strong relationships with senior officials at Dublin Airport Authority (DAA) while managing bids and tenders for retail spaces at the airport.
Regulatory and Safety Compliance:
Ensure all projects comply with the relevant regulations and safety standards set by DAA, maintaining the highest quality and safety levels.
Effective
Communication and Negotiation:
Utilize excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and sustain robust relationships with DAA officials and other key stakeholders.
Comprehensive Project Management:
Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
The Bid Manager will focusing mainly on on Retail and FitOut projects at Dublin Airport, the ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
Educational Background:
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
Advanced degrees or certifications in project management, business, or construction are a plus.
Experience:
Proven experience as a Bid Manager, preferably in retail or construction projects.
Experience working with airports authority as well as retail and FitOut projects is highly desirable.
Regulatory Knowledge:
Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards applicable to the Dublin Airport Authority (DAA) and the retail construction sector.
Project Management
Skills:
Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
Communication and Negotiation:
