Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. GMP, HSEQ, and Compliance:
o Fulfill GMP and HSEQ best practices.
o Execute all production activities following applicable procedures.
o Adhere to all HACCP and ISO 9001:2015 Food Safety Policies and Procedures.
2. Production Operations:
o Operate equipment, ensuring proper cleaning and organization of assigned areas.
o Ensure equipment verification and calibration before use.
o Sample intermediates, final products, and conduct in-process checks.
o Carry out simple maintenance operations.
o Guarantee accurate and complete documentation (e.g., batch records and production log records).
3. Continuous Improvement and Problem-Solving:
o Propose changes to improve and optimize area performance.
o Suggest improvements within the production area.
o Identify and report problems, creating notifications to Maintenance when possible.
4. Documentation and Training:
o Collaborate in the revision of documentation (process sheets, procedures, and others).
o Participate in the continuous training of new Operators in Production, GMP, and HSEQ.
o Collaborate in the integration of transferred team members from other areas.
o Complete self-evaluations and evaluations of team members under your responsibility.
5. Safety, Sanitation, and Security:
o Observe site health and safety regulations, including the maintenance and proper use of PPE.
o Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area; adhere to the housekeeping 5S board and maintain dedicated areas.
o Ensure the security of warehouse and production areas.
o Perform health and safety duties as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €15.00-€17.00 per hour
