Join us a Reward Lead Three Ireland are looking to hire a Reward Lead to join our People & Property Team.
We are seeking a hands-on and forward-thinking Reward Expert to lead the design, development and implementation of our next-generation compensation and benefits strategies that support our agile ways of working, ensuring fairness, transparency, and alignment with business goals.
You'll partner closely with senior leaders, People Business Partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver reward solutions that are fit for purpose in a modern, decentralized, team-based structure.
What else it involves Lead reward and benefits processes including annual pay reviews, annual salary benchmarking, flexible benefits windows and bonus, collaborating across the People team to ensure they're delivered effectively.
Develop and continuously evolve compensation and benefits frameworks, ensuring awareness and adoption is maximised and they remain fit for purpose, aligned with agile principles, team-based work models, and our broader talent strategy.
Design and manage base pay structures, variable pay plans, and incorporate meaningful step promotion thresholds and skill progression expectations that reflect both individual and team contributions in an agile setting.
Support the development of skill- and role-based job architecture suitable for agile teams.
Champion transparency and fairness in pay practices.
Develop new reward and benefits policies and processes based on the business strategy, internal employee insight and external best practice, ensuring the end-to-end employee journey and experience is considered and that there is an effective launch, engagement and embedding plan.
Conduct regular benchmarking and external market analysis to ensure competitiveness and relevance across different geographies and talent segments.
Manage external suppliers and partners, regularly reviewing service levels and negotiating the best deal possible to ensure our offerings are as competitive as possible, collaborating across the Hutchinson where required.
Lead reward projects, and support with broader propositions and engagement initiatives as and when required.
Collaborate with internal communication and People teams to drive understanding, trust, and adoption of reward practices through clear, human-centered communication Support Business Partners and the Recruitment team with job evaluations and salary benchmarking information, maintaining our grading structures and evaluation frameworks.
Advise on ad-hoc reward queries escalated from our external partners or internally.
The skills we`re looking for Strong experience in compensation & benefits / total rewards, ideally within agile or fast-changing organisations.
Experience with modern job architecture models (e.g., skill-based pay, team-based bonuses, leveling frameworks).
Strong analytical and benchmarking skills; ability to derive insights and present clear and credible recommendations based on various data sources using excel and other data mining tools.
Demonstrated knowledge across pay, bonus, benefits and pension solutions Understands emerging Reward and workforce trends and uses this to inform insights and recommendations.
Commercial acumen with a clear understanding of the correlation between the commerciality of the organisation and the reward of its employees.
Ability to influence well at all levels.
Where necessary engaging with the SLT and wider People Team.
Well organised and clear communicator.
