Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Manage, coordinate, and execute project scope of works while meeting EHS, design, technical, quality, programme, and commercial objectives.
* Coordinate and monitor construction drawings, specifications, and work requirements.
* Allocate and manage resources to ensure availability throughout construction projects.
* Determine necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed.
* Manage quality control for the project lifecycle and ensure all documentation is managed correctly.
* Evaluate material and equipment delivery according to schedule.
* Prepare reports on Project Management Software.
* Modify and update project programmes with senior management to meet key milestones.
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Legislation.
* Ensure compliance with BC(A)R.
* Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and team members.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Third Level Qualification in relevant Construction Discipline.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Background in engineering is desirable.
* At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
* Proven ability to advise clients and design teams on value, risks, and programme.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and negotiation skills.
* Commitment to working as part of a team and career development.
* Motivated, organised, and excellent time management skills.
* Ability to lead and manage teams.
* Tech savvy and good computer skills.
* Good knowledge of construction materials and processes.
* Able to multitask with a strong understanding of core manager duties.
