We are looking for an Irish speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist to assist customers for our client in Athens, Greece .
In this role, you will provide exceptional technical assistance to end-users, resolving their issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
What you'll do: Deliver excellent technical support to customers via chat, email, and phone 4 weeks of paid training when you start the position Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products or services Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when necessary Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate solutions Requirements Irish Language: C1 level or higher (written and spoken).
English Language: B2 level (training provided in English).
