What is the Role: The UK Payments & Digital Channels team has responsibility for strategy, change management and implementation of all developments for UK Payment Products, UK Digital Channels (both personal and business) and the AIB (NI) Self-Service Estate.
We work closely with IT colleagues and key stakeholders throughout the UK and Ireland to deliver change.
This role is positioned within the UK Payments team, reporting to the UK Payments Products Manager.
Key accountabilities; Actively scanning and analysing the UK Payments Horizon for upcoming regulatory and industry changes.
Supporting the ongoing management of AIB UK Payment Products to ensure continued facilitation of customer payments in line with UK regulation.
Supporting the delivery of a significant level of change across all UK Payment Products - Bacs, CHAPS, Faster Payments & Image Clearing.
Actively develop and maintain positive working relationships with multiple stakeholders across the business and with key third party suppliers.
Support of customer facing teams with any queries relating to UK Payments Products.
