Office Administrator Needed for Maternity Cover.
Duties will include:
* Handling email and phone inquiries
* Making Daily sales calls to new and existing customers.
* Taking messages and redirecting calls as required.
* Assisting colleagues whenever possible.
* Reconciling accounts.
* Being familiar with Procure wizard is an advantage.
* General day to day running of an office.
* Fluent English is essential.
* Knowledge of Word Programs essential.
