Job description: Our retail client in North Dublin has an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager, to work Part-Time (20-25hrs per week), for a permanent role. The successful candidate will lead the company’s HR function and engage with key business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for providing HR support for all employees across the organization.
2. Support the recruitment and selection process of employees, from junior to senior level.
3. Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and in line with legislation.
4. Responsible for the HR budget.
5. Continuously providing improvement suggestions for the HR function and processes.
6. Support Employee Relations processes.
7. Manage any filing or administration related to Learning and Development.
8. Responsible for any other ad-hoc HR admin.
Experience Required:
1. 4+ years HR experience required.
2. 3rd Level HR degree, or related qualification (Desirable).
3. Employment Law Knowledge.
4. Proficient user of Microsoft Suite.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
