Job Specification Title: Payroll Administrator
Our client, a leading services provider specialising in Construction, Manufacturing, Industrial and Events sectors, is looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team.
This is a full-time permanent office based role, requiring the successful candidate to work efficiently and accurately process weekly payroll. They will be responsible for handling all payroll-related data in the payroll system according to the agreed schedule and revenue deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel essential for performing calculations and analyses. They will also be required to prepare and send out weekly invoices to clients, enter invoices into accounting software, and adhere to internal deadlines for payroll, invoicing, and reporting.
We are seeking a highly organised individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will possess expert knowledge of payroll processes and related accounting practices, with a proven ability to deliver client-focused solutions in a fast-paced environment.
