As a result of this, they are seeking a Sales hunter who can work with provided leads and identify new opportunities.
As a Business Development Manager – Hunter, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain a strong new business pipeline, proactively identifying opportunities and developing a prospect list.
You will focus on achieving and surpassing sales, gross profit, and percentage targets, working closely with the Sales Director and internal Account Managers.
The ultimate goal is to successfully transition accounts to the Account Management team, ensuring all cross-selling and upselling potential is maximized.
About You: Proven experience in a new business development role, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
You must be a Hunter.
Experience in the Business Supplies industry is highly desirable.
Strong ambition to exceed individual targets and meet deadlines.
Highly organized with an ability to manage time effectively and plan ahead.
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to engage with a wide variety of clients across different sectors.
A positive, can-do attitude with a passionate approach to your work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated success in building strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
A full, clean driving license is required.
