Key responsibilities of the role:
Lead cross-team collaboration between the delivery team, the business and client teamsProvide expert guidance and leadership on programme and technical initiativesEngage across client teams, set up good governance between Sogeti and Client, support project and service delivery management to establish best practices to monitoring and controlling activitiesFurther establish and monitor/govern client prioritisation modelAct as conduit between all workstreams to breakdown silos and improve efficiency throughout deliveryChair steering meetings and collaborate with Account Manager and Engagement Manager to prepare and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with ClientsRoll out service management and planning to client business units/directoratesStructure federated programme of work ensuring appropriate balance across key stakeholdersConduct Reviews of publications/strategies/frameworks with appropriate stakeholders and ensure alignment and buy-inMobilise the data strategy across client organisationsDevelop stakeholder engagement and relationshipsDrive Teamwork/collaboration culture and initiativesGeneral team management activities and improvementsImplement continuous improvement initiativesEnsure client and Sogeti teams adhere to approved standards and policiesLeading complex projects/programmes.
