We are seeking an Accountant to support our clients in Killarney, County Kerry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain Accounts Payable ledger and ensure three-way matching system is accurate.
* Present invoices for approval and prepare supplier listings for payments.
* Reconcile creditors ledger accounts to supplier statements and raise debtor invoices.
* Record receipts and payments, and liaise with clients on outstanding invoices and credit control.
* Perform daily cashing up and reconciliations, and post to Accounting Package.
* Process Weekly Payroll and assist with monthly Management Accounts production.
* Contribute to product costings, intercompany reconciliations, and statutory returns.
* Support the preparation of Group Cashflows, Audits, and annual Budgets.
Requirements:
* Qualified Accountant (ACCA / ACA / CIMA) with relevant experience.
* Familiarity with accounting and payroll systems, online procurement systems, and proficiency with Excel.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position.
