Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our growing business in Craigavon. The successful candidate will be responsible for a varied role within the finance function.
About the Role
* Support accounts receivable and payable functions
* Process weekly and monthly payroll, including generating payroll reports
* Monitor time and attendance records
* Reconcile payroll, ensuring accuracy in rates and proper updates for new hires and leavers
* Prepare payroll journal entries
* Address payroll queries via email and phone
* Process and reconcile invoices, ensuring reports are accurate
* Perform office administration tasks as needed
Requirements
* 2 years experience as an Accounts Assistant or Payroll experience
* Working knowledge of HMRC UK payroll
* Excellent communication skills
* Team player
