Carousel Logistics is looking for a Network Operations Controller.
About the Role
As a Network Operations Controller you will undertake daily administrative/operational work to support the NPM (Network Partner Manager) Head of Network Operations and the wider business, providing accurate & timely reporting and a high level of compliance to all Network Partners (& internal stakeholders when necessary) to improve service & visibility across the Network Operation.

Key Responsibilities
* Working with our final mile partners to ensure achievement of our SLA and OTIF to our clients.
* Hold weekly and monthly meetings with our partners to ensure compliance and hold them accountable.
* Ensuring all transacting activity is in line with DANX Carousel procedures. This includes using digital devices, systems, and business processes.
* Capturing of variation and escalating as required in line with company process.
* Ability to follow and instruct partners in standard operating procedures and work in a methodical, logical manner, ensuring compliance with contractual targets.
* Ensure timely and accurate billing is recorded, sent, and checked to enable accurate cost management.
* Embrace and aim to add value supporting the continuous improvement of the overall network operations team.
* Promote a team working ethic across all activities. Ability to work with others cooperatively and flexibly within a team to achieve a collective goal.
* Providing solutions for any blockers the business may have encountered.
* Supporting Client services with any queries and promoting a thorough and accurate de-brief to be completed enabling better client visibility and service.
What We’re Looking For
* Efficient data manipulation and analysis skills – competent using Excel.
* Clear communication skills with focus and attention to detail.
* Capability to problem solve in a pressurized environment.
* Great attention to details and ability to interpret multiple streams of information & data.
* Able to work in a highly pressurized environment.
* Ability to hold partners to account for their performance.
* Experience reading KPI’s and understanding how Network operations affect them is desirable.
* Ability to travel to partners when required.
Basic Details & Benefits Of The Role
* A basic salary of between £30,000 - £32,000 per annum depending on experience.
* 37.5 hours per week worked 09:00-17:30.
