This is a unique opportunity to join a team dedicated to helping individuals secure their financial future. As a Wealth Manager Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Wealth Managers by providing expert administrative assistance and ensuring smooth client interactions.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
1. Providing high standard of administration support to a team of Wealth Managers.
2. Assisting Wealth Managers in conducting thorough financial assessments to understand clients’ goals, risk tolerance, and financial situations.
3. Compiling comprehensive post-meeting reports for each client and offering support in advising on a range of financial products and services, including pensions, investments, and protection products.
4. Staying current on market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes to provide informed and up-to-date support to Wealth Managers.
5. Ensuring compliance with new product implementation and ongoing client communications.
6. Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication, reviews, and adjustments to financial plans as needed.
7. Actively identifying sales opportunities from inbound enquiries and communications with various teams.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
1. The ideal person will be outgoing, energetic, and possess strong administrative and financial services experience.
2. 3-5 years of experience within the financial services industry in an administrative or client-facing role.
3. QFA certification is desired.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build and maintain client relationships.
5. Proven ability to evaluate complex financial information and provide clear, actionable support.
6. Highly proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
