Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Configuration and Optimisation: Maintain and enhance configurations across all Workday functional areas to ensure a smooth and efficient user experience. Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective system solutions. Project Leadership: Lead configuration projects from start to finish, including coordinating testing and supporting the successful rollout of new features. Release Management: Oversee functional reviews and testing during bi-annual Workday releases, ensuring our system stays up-to-date and reliable. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions to keep our systems running smoothly. Security Management: Ensure that system security is robust, with roles and permissions that are always current and accurate. What We’re Looking ForExperience and Expertise: 3-5 years of HRIS experience, with a strong focus on Workday. Tech-Savvy and Solution-Oriented: A passion for technology and a desire to create innovative solutions that drive efficiency and impact. Diverse Workday Knowledge: Experience in multiple Workday functional areas, such as HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Benefits, Performance & Talent, Compensation, and Learning. Security and Framework Insight: Solid understanding of Workday security protocols and business process frameworks. Analytical and Detail-Oriented: Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
