Our client is a leading insurance provider who is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their team. This 100% Irish owned company is looking for a customer service representative to act as the first point of contact for customers, handling a variety of insurance-related queries including policies, renewals, and mid-term adjustments. The successful candidate will gain valuable experience in customer service, policy administration, and customer retention. Applicants should have a minimum of one year’s experience in personal lines and hold an APA qualification.
About Your New Job
* As Customer Service Representative, you will be dealing directly with customers, answering queries on their policies, renewal queries, mid-term adjustments and any other insurance queries customers may have.
* You will be working to retain the existing business and working towards renewal retention targets.
* You will be processing administrative duties with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
